Return and Refund Policy

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days (upon receipt of the package). If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. The return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If we receive a return after this time, it will not be refunded and you will be required to pay the shipping costs again so that we can send it back to you.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging, along with any gift(s) included with that order (these are gifts with purchase(s)).

Items that have been worn, washed, stained or damaged will be refused and will not be eligible for a refund.

Gift cards are not eligible for refund.

RETURN PROCESS

To make a return, please follow the procedure indicated:

Contact our customer service: lilymajestic.fr@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. And we will send you the return form.

You have 14 days from the notification of your return to return the package.

Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and send it to the address indicated on the return form, making sure to include the return form in the package.

Returns are processed within 10 days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Any return that does not comply with the return conditions will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

REFUNDS

Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email and also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed. Only returned items will be refunded, excluding shipping costs. Your credit card or original method of payment will be automatically credited, within a few days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

- If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.

- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
